Nicholas O Akinkuoye
Nick earned a Doctor of Education degree from Virginia Tech in 1986 and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from California University of PA in 2020. Nick is currently in his prelicensing phase of clinical training and is under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor at Christian Counseling Associates. He holds the following certifications:
- National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC)
- State of Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP)
- National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC)
Nick has over 40 years of counseling experience in a variety of settings:

Nick is skilled at working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and groups and is trained to work with most areas of clinical disorder. Clinically, he employs a faith-based approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. Nick has experience working with clients in the following areas:
