Heather graduated from Geneva College in 2010 with B.A. in Human Services, and from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015 with a Master of Social Work. Heather holds the following licenses and certifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, State of Pennsylvania
- Certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Certified in Parent Child Interactive Therapy
