Ella graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work. She earned a Master of Science in Social Work in 2021 from Yeshiva University. Ella holds the following licenses and certifications:
- Licensed Master Social Worker – Provisional – State of New York
- Licensed Social Worker – State of Pennsylvania
- Certified Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Counselor
- Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Counselor
