Christine Miller, M.A.
Christine is a graduate of Messiah College with a Bachelor of Arts and holds a Teaching Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania. Christine earned a Master of Arts in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling from Regent University in 2022.. She holds the following license:
- Licensed Professional Counselor – State of Pennsylvania
Christine has experience working with clients in a variety of settings that include:
- Outpatient Mental Health Counseling
- Home-school Education Coordinator
- Director of a Home-school Co-Op
Christine works with individuals, couples, pre-teens, adolescents, and families. She is trained to work with most areas of clinical disorder. Clinically, she employs a faith-based approach using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Christine specializes in the following areas:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Family Conflict
- Marital/ Premarital Counseling
- Spirituality
- Grief
- ADHD/ Spectrum Disorders
- Learning Difficulties
- Chronic Pain/Insomnia
- Adoption and Parenting
Christine integrates Faith-Based Counseling by incorporating Biblical principles and prayer in each session. She has been an active church member for many years. She has served as a volunteer in various positions, including Bible quiz coordinator, women’s ministry coordinator, support group leader, and Bible study leader.
