Allison Fox, B.A.
Allison graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. She is pursuing a Master of Social Work at Capella University. Allison is currently in her internship phase of clinical training, and is under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor at Christian Counseling Associates.
Allsion has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of settings that include:
- Summer Camps for Adolescents
- Student Ministry
- Hospice Unit
- Community Service Group
- Victim Advocate Center
Allison works with individuals from across the lifespan, with a focus on the elementary to teenage population. She is trained to work with most areas of clinical disorder. Clinically, Allison employs a faith-based approach using Family Systems Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed care. She specializes in the following areas:
