Jeffrey graduated from SUNY Buffalo School of Social Work in 1994, earning his Master of Social Work. He holds the following licenses and certifications:
- Licensed Master Social Worker – State of New York
- Certified School Social Worker
- Ordained Minister

Jeffrey has many years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings that include:

Jeffrey works with individuals from across the lifespan. He is skilled at working with individuals, couples, and families. He is trained to work with most areas of clinical disorder. He employs a faith-based approach using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Jeffery has extensive experience in addressing the following areas:
