Workplace Problems
Our counselors will assist you in identifying the underlying issues that are preventing you from success at work.
Our ability to work is central not only to the ability to provide for our families, it contributes to our sense of fulfillment. The Bible guides us to be working “for the Lord and not for men” (Colossians 3:23). Regardless of where or who we work for, we are to perform our duties like we are working to please God.
Many workplace problems can interfere with our ability to work diligently and maintain a productive attitude. Many of us are vulnerable to discouragement at our jobs. Many problems such as workplace stress and demands, balancing work and family life, conflict with co-workers, mental health issues, and physical health issues can prevent us from performing our work duties in the way that God intended.
If you are experiencing workplace problems, Christian Counseling Associates (CCA) can help. Our counselors will assist you in identifying the underlying issues that are preventing you from success at work. We will provide proven strategies that are rooted in Christian faith that can help you overcome the problems you are experiencing.
Our counselors will integrate scripture, prayer, and wise counsel in a process that will help you rediscover God’s calling in your life.
