Kaitlin Simonette, L.P.C.


Kaitlin, a Licensed Professional Counselor, earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling with a focus in Marriage and Family. Additionally, Kaitlin is a National Certified Counselor and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.


Kaitlin has experience with children, adolescents, and families working through a variety of life struggles. She has spent the last three years working with children and primarily adolescent girls struggling with issues involving depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, trauma, self-injury, and suicidal ideation. She also has experience working with families and psycho-educating them with diagnoses, attachment issues and family relational challenges.

Areas of Specialty:

Kaitlin believes integrating faith into counseling along with other evidence-based practices is effective in achieving treatment goals and experiencing healing. She also utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Sanctuary, Solution-Focused, and Multisystemic Family Therapy.
