Amanda graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Science in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Marriage and Family Counseling. She also has a Master of Arts in Human Services from Grand Canyon University.

Amanda has professional experience working with clients in the following settings:

  • Outpatient Mental Health Counseling with Adults and Adolescents
  • Local church Ministry
  • School Based Counseling and Support with Children

Areas of Specialty:

Amanda works with adolescents and adults.  She is skilled at working with individuals, couples, and families. Amanda is trained to work with most areas of clinical disorder. Clinically, she employs a faith-based approach using, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centered Therapy. Amanda specializes in the following areas:

  • Grief
  • Life Transitions
  • Women Issues
  • Adjustment Concerns

Amanda  Faith-Based Counseling by incorporating biblical principles and prayer in each session. She is an active church member.
